Role Description To manage express Store operations for Blinkit in the designated region/location. Oversee and manage every stage of Logistics associated with Express Store, Fleet / Transportation, Online/offline delivery segment - Last Mile. Expansion planning and budgeting. Analyzing supply chain data and performance. Process enhancement improving SLA and rest factors. Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans. Maintain supply chain inventory and records. Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.

ASM

Role Description Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations and customer service. Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations. Managing employee schedules (Rosters), conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions. Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels, performing Weekly audit at the store. Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations i.e. maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at store Level. Responsible to uphold the culture and ensure decorum and discipline within the store team i.e. following rosters and punctuality of the employees. Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner i.e. try to reduce the complaints at the store level. Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed i.e. Timely attendance Punching and following the store rules. Analyzing supply chain data and performance. Daily Briefing with the Team Members and discussing the challenges.
