Store Officer

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee material inward and outward processes.
• Ensure accurate consumption booking in records.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team for invoicing and purchase orders.
• Liaise with the purchasing department to resolve material-related issues.
• Maintain overall inventory control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage other warehouse activities as required.
• Take responsibility for the store, materials, and associated manpower, ensuring their safety and security.
• Maintain inventory records, including physical and computerized stock reconciliation.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Candidates with a Diploma in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management will have an advantage.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software is preferred.
