IT Coordinator (Group IT and Vendor Management)

Role & responsibilities

1. Coordination with Group IT:
• Act as the primary liaison between the Line of Business IT and Group IT for all infrastructure and security-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Group IT policies, standards, and guidelines.
2. Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services as per SLAs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, escalate issues, and ensure resolutions align with business objectives.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
• Interface with business users to gather IT requirements and align them with group strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders.
4. Process Optimization:
• Identify gaps in current IT processes and suggest improvements for efficient delivery.
• Maintain documentation of all IT processes, vendor contracts, and coordination activities.
5. Support IT Projects:
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects, security audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions effectively.

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in vendor contract management and SLA monitoring.

Preferred candidate profile

• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or equivalent (preferred).
