Job Description

As a Life Science Real Estate Strategist in our Real Estate Solutions and Strategy Department, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized insights and solutions to help life science companies optimize their real estate portfolios. Leveraging advanced tools and analytics, you will guide clients in making data-driven decisions about their real estate locations, transactions, projects, and facilities management. Your expertise will contribute to supporting the unique requirements of life science operations and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Location Analytics and Strategy:
Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to provide valuable insights for life science companies to make informed decisions about their real estate locations.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the life science real estate market.
Utilize mapping tools for visualization and site selection analysis to optimize location strategies.

Transaction Management:
Provide market insights and analysis to guide life science companies in efficient real estate transactions.
Implement transaction management software for streamlined lease administration and project management.

Support better decision-making by reducing risks, saving time, and optimizing real estate portfolios.

Project and Development Services:
Offer expertise in customized facility design to meet the unique requirements of life science companies.
Navigate permitting and regulatory compliance for facility construction and development.
Provide construction management services, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.

Facilities Management:
Implement asset management strategies to optimize life science facility operations.
Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment.
Utilize compliance and safety measures, space planning, and energy management services to enhance operational efficiency.
Technology Solutions: Implement lease management software and space planning tools to optimize real estate portfolios.Leverage IoT sensors for data-driven insights into facility operations.Integrate virtual and augmented reality for enhanced visualization and planning.Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making.Sustainability Initiatives:Implement energy efficiency measures, water conservation, and waste reduction strategies.Guide life science companies in obtaining green building certifications.Integrate renewable energy solutions to demonstrate a commitment to environmental responsibility

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate strategy, preferably within the life science or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, sustainability practices, and industry-specific real estate requirements.
