An Exciting Job Opportunity for the position of Group CHRO with One of our renowned Client.
Our client is a leading conglomerate with interest spanning automobiles, Logistics, Mines and Real Estate.
Position - Group CHRO
reporting to - The Chairman
Location - based out of Ahmedabad.
Reportees - The role is supported by team of HR professionals.
Age Limit : Looking for a current CHRO/ or EX-CHRO between 51 -55 years of age, an individual who is pro at People Management and has worked extensively in the services sectors and is comfortable working in a Promoter led organization.
Qualification - MBA in HR from a leading University.
Job Role :
- Overall leadership to the "Recruitment and talent acquisition cell" in order to attract and retain best talent
- Overall leadership to the "Organization development and luxury culture career cell" in order to drive high performance, employee engagement, continuous learning and superior productivity
- Overall leadership to the "Payroll and Compliance cell" in order to ensure salaries benchmarked with the industry, superior employee relations and compliance to statutory provisions
- Develop succession planning across all strategic and top management functions.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive employee cultural alignment especially in case of restructuring of departments and functions; takeover of manpower from other Companies, dealerships etc.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Develop and implement salary structures and compensation & benefits across all levels within the Group and keep it dynamic based on Industry benchmarks
- Develop and implement HR policies and keep them fit to purpose based on changing Group's needs
- Conduct periodic reviews with various Section Heads of HR to ensure effective turn around of employee requests
- Create HR structures so as to handle the Group's pan India presence and multitude of brands and different sectors
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies across all jurisdictions where the group operates
- Enhance employee performance by continually evolving initiatives within the group
- Develop KPIs of employees at all levels within the Group jointly with Head of Departments / Divisions
- Participate in the exercise of developing and finalizing employee Incentive policy to strike a balance between happy employee and groups costs
- Develop and implement standardized rewards and recognition program within the Group
- Spear head the employee appraisal program
- Liaison with Marketing and Corporate Communications department for effective management of social media handles of the Group
- Manage employee health insurance programs, tie with Hospitals, employee retirement plans and wellness initiatives
- Ensure accurate and real time management of Human Resources Information System (Spine software and other HR technology systems
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee efficiency through the use of technology
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in HR systems and records management
- Identify an appropriate / fit to purpose HR software for the group
- Develop and Implement HR Dashboards
