Position - HR Head

Our Client is a Global Leader in Luxury Retail in the consumer segment with a good presence in India.

They are looking for a HR Head, India based out of Mumbai with opportunity to grown into an IMEA role.

- The role is supported by a team of HR professionals.

- The incumbent will be responsible for leading the HR strategy aligned with Business objectives.

- Will be responsible for designing and executing HR programs in strategic areas of Talent Management,

- Talent Acquisition, PMS, Succession Planning, Organization Design & Development, L&D, Total Rewards, Culture alignment, Employees productivity and HR Operations.

- Will be working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders across the region and provide thought leadership with respect to HR/Talent Needs of the organization.

- Looking for a HR head between 42-50 years age

- Worked with MNCS and Mid-sized Indian Set-ups.

- Exposure to India and Middle East /Africa markets.

- Has worked extensively in the Services / Consumer facing sectors.

- MBA in HR from a leading University.
