Senior Finance Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the complete accounting cycle, focusing on the following key responsibilities:

1. Accounting Management: Lead the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, maintain the general ledger, and conduct thorough account reconciliations.
2. MIS Preparation: Generate and present Management Information System (MIS) reports on a monthly basis to support decision-making.
3. Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations, and facilitate a seamless audit process.
4. Payroll and Labour Compliance: Assist in payroll calculations and ensure adherence to labour laws.
5. Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate effectively with auditors, consultants, and both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Tally and MS Office applications.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting practices.
4. A team player with the flexibility to meet deadlines and manage month-end closures.

Timings: Monday to Saturday
