Job Description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive with 1 year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, experience in developing engaging content, and a keen ability to grow brand presence across various platforms.
- Manage and maintain company social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop, curate, and post engaging content aligned with the company s brand voice.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling visual content.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
