Summary: The Managers principal work will be to Manage IT recruiters (Monitor, Mentor, Guide, Train and Develop) and also be hands on recruitment of IT consultants based in US for companys clients based in US. Perform job in company’s Chennai office in US timings.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Requirements:
Candidates should be willing to work based in Chennai
The Candidates must be willing to work in US timings CST.
Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must have had leading a Team of recruiters in previous assignment.
Must have had managerial experience in not only leading a team bust also managing.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Establishes contract network in market to drive new and expanding accounts through networking and canvassing market.
Develop and execute strategic account sales plans with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth.
Must have had experience in mentoring, training and developing the team
Good experience in problem solving skills
Should have demonstrated experience in handling conflicts and bringing a good competitive environment in the office
Manage and motivate recruiters for improving the performance.
Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all Tax terms in US. Having dealt with Corp to Corp, W2, 1099, contract, contract to hire, etc.,
Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder TechFetch, etc.
Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in US IT Staffing.
Should have strong experience and proven track record in end to end IT Recruitments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
One has to schedule their monthly goals for themselves and team and meet their targets.
Ensure that Recruiters coordinate with Accounts Mangers /Vendors along with self-procurement of the candidates.
Full knowledge of US IT Recruitment Full cycle is required.
Proactively Source, identify & submit the best suitable candidate for client/Vendor requirements with quick turnaround time
Putting Advts on several Job sites and be the point of contact for the ad responses.
Should deal with End Clients, Vendors and Candidates professionally.
Should be able to do 2nd level screening of the consultants for the recruiters
Should have good rate negotiation skills.
Should be able to work on all different requirements of different skill sets.
Building and maintaining database of candidate's information, resumes, Vendors, Clients etc.
Must be technically very strong and should understand the job requirement of different skills.
Prepare and send weekly reports and goal reports for themselves and the team on regular basis.
Educational and Technical qualifications:
Bachelor /Masters in Engineering / Computer science and MBAs
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity on some IT Software Technical Skills and languages
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Proficiency in MS Office usage
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Ability to exercise initiative, and judgment
