Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects. Marketing top candidates to clients and prospects.

• Will work with a team of seasoned staffing professionals and will be primarily responsible for IT/Pharma/Engineering staffing sales and new business development.
• Contact Client Hiring Managers and present candidates for contract and direct-hire positions in IT Engineering
• Present candidate profiles to successfully match candidates to the client orders.
• Consistently prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business.
• Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients.
• Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
• Manage the client relationship by making sure client expectations are met.
• Ensure your assigned recruiters delivers.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of Business development experience within the high-tech staffing field in US Staffing Industry.

• Must have experience in developing and maintaining direct client accounts.
• Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management skills
• Outstanding problem-solving ability.
