Job Description- Operations Manager
Looking for an experienced Operations and Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our clients and plan the most efficient operational & administrative procedures. The concerned person should be responsible for managing vendors, deliveries, maintain trackers etc and liaison with finance teams to record the transactions.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively, with none or minimal support to allow the other operations to function properly.
Responsibilities (but not restricted to)

1. Drive IT, Real-estate, Facilities, Office Supplies, Events, Goodies related procurement activities and routine management for Zinnov Clients as per requirements.
2. Vendor Management for all operations and administrative vendors.
3. Processing payments and maintaining mandatory documents, timely trackers/reports, monitor client wise costs and expenses.
4. Develop procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes with an objective to reduce lags/task durations, reduce/remove repetition/nonproductive activities, avoid escalations and delays
5. Serve as the liaison between project managers, client single point of contact & finance teams of Zinnov.
6. Awareness of Zinnov as well as client's policies and local regulations to ensure smooth functioning of work.
7. Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative activities across all the client locations.
8. Prepare budgets and track against actuals for all operational and administrative expenses of clients.

Skills Required

1. Thorough knowledge of operations and admin work for corporates
2. Knowledge of procurement function and hands on with respect to vendor management
3. Understanding and awareness of site engineering
4. Good MS excel, word and power point capabilities
5. Good communication skills and time management skills
6. Basic understanding of finance and cost management
7. Team player
