Graphic Designer

Role: Graphic Design-Associate

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals for all our out-of-box ideas on digital and print media and be at the core of client content development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers maintain a consistent and memorable brand identity across channels and take on the role of the customer’ brand guardian.
• Craft visual assets for content marketing initiatives of our customers: videos, social media posts, infographics, emails, landing pages, and more.
• Think conceptually and explore different routes for customer campaigns to connect with the target audience.
• Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand.
• Contribute to design-related content for our customers (be a design expert).
• Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from initiation to end.

Must Have:

• An aesthetic sensibility and understanding of colour type, illustration, photography, animation and print and layout techniques while designing projects.
• Skills on Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel.
• A strong portfolio, to demonstrate conceptual thinking and execution of design.
• Love working on presentations.
• Thrives working in collaborative work environment.
• Ability to connect/collaborate with senior stakeholders

Qualifications & attributes:

• 3+ years of experience.
• As a client-facing role, good communication skills are a must.
