Position: Program Manager (Female candidates preferred)
Location: Gurgaon

What you will do:
Payments & Compliance :
- Coordinate with Legal for Rolling-out Compliance Measures & coordination with Business team for Creation, Verification, and Implementation of Business Agreements
- Build Processes around Payments, Reconciliations, and Invoicing
- Collaborate with Legal & Finance for present/future Compliance related measures and implementation
Strategize and Execute different Projects:
- Cross functional collaboration for Business side Ad-hoc and Expansion projects
- Design and Implement Value added projects for Vendors
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop dashboards and tools for Internal and External stakeholders
Vendor Onboarding and Lifecycle Management:
- Be the SPOC team for External Vendors and Internal teams
-Create knowledge repository documents, decks & SOPs for internal & external -stakeholders for business understanding
-Responsible for Key account Managements of different Vendors
P&L Management Assistance :
- Strategize and Assist Regional BD Teams in P&L Management of Existing Buses and Suppliers
- Create and Manage Internal Dashboards and Reports
- Build, Streamline, and Manage Processes for different day to day tasks
Lead Flow and Existing Vendor Management:
- Design and Implement Value added projects for Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Excellence
- B2B Sales Pipeline : Design lead flow system and manage Present Database of all Vendors
New Initiatives & Industry Partnerships:
- Network with Industry Partners and OEMs to enhance understanding of Intercity Mobility Ecosystem
- Work on different Engineering and R&D projects related to Intercity Bus Industry for cost saving and ecosystem enhancement
- Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and competitor activity
- Work on Financing Solutions to enhance and ease Vendor Partnerships
Requirements:
- Must have a business acumen - Basic understanding of Supply, Operations, Demand in an organization
- This role requires you to learn new things related to Intercity Mobility and Commercial Vehicles in-depth
- Adept at time management, attention to detail, and organizational communication skills
- Works well in high-paced cross-functional environment and someone who is Organized, multi-tasker, and thorough
- Data driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English
- Experience required 2-4 years
- This is a Central team role and involves WFO
- This is NOT a Tech/Analytics/Product/Marketing related role
