Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvement projects including data collection, analysis, root cause analysis, and solution development.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and progress of improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across various departments to execute process improvement projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Communicate process changes effectively to stakeholders at all levels and provide ongoing training and support.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyse, and interpret process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Managing programs focused on ensuring high quality standards while also prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, execution, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- This job requires travelling.
Experience - 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries is preferred
