Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager specializing in SEO to lead our efforts in optimizing online visibility, boosting organic traffic, and enhancing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve website ranking on search engines.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization.
• Optimize website architecture, content, landing pages, and on-page elements for maximum visibility and usability.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and generate actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to create engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
• Execute technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to resolve crawl errors, improve page speed, and enhance mobile usability.
• Develop and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and build high-quality backlinks.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance, including traffic, conversions, rankings, and other KPIs.
• Manage the SEO budget and resources effectively, ensuring high ROI on marketing efforts.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on SEO techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
• Proficiency in keyword research, link building, and competitive analysis.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO improvements is a plus.
