Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Technology Leadership
    • Define and implement the organizationtechnology vision, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Develop long-term strategic plans that leverage new and emerging technologies to improve client solutions, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
    • Innovation and RD
      • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by keeping the organization at the forefront of industry trends, technology advancements, best practices and customer satisfaction from the beginning and always
      • Oversee RD efforts to explore new products, services, and solutions that can enhance the organizationofferings
      • Identify and incubate high-potential technologies that can lead to new revenue streams or operational efficiencies.
      • Product Development and Technology Solutions
        • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software products and services that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
        • Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with both client and internal standards for quality and reliability.
        • Work with Product Management teams to define technical specifications, timelines, and resource requirements for new product offerings.
        • Infrastructure and Operations
          • Oversee the organizationIT infrastructure, including network, servers, security systems, and data management, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
          • Develop and enforce policies for IT security, disaster recovery, and data privacy to protect both the organization and its clients.
          • Implement DevOps practices to streamline product release cycles and improve software development efficiency.
          • Team Leadership and Development
            • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, including software developers, data engineers, IT managers, and security professionals.
            • Set clear objectives, provide mentorship, and encourage ongoing professional development for team members.
            • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing, cross-functional teamwork, and alignment with the companyvision.
            • Client Relations and Pre-Sales Support
              • Act as a technical advisor in pre-sales discussions, helping to articulate technical capabilities and solutions to prospective clients.
              • Build relationships with key clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored technology solutions.
              • Represent the company in high-level technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and trust.
              • Budget and Vendor Management
                • Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring investments align with business priorities and provide value.
                • Negotiate contracts with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants, optimizing costs and ensuring access to high-quality resources.
                • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
                  KPIs and Success Metrics
                  • Technology ROI: Measuring the impact of technology investments on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
                  • Project Delivery: Successful completion of product releases, on-time delivery of solutions, and adherence to quality standards.
                  • Innovation Rate: Introduction of new products, services, or improvements that positively impact the companycompetitive position.
                  • Client Retention: High level of client satisfaction and retention due to reliable, innovative technology solutions.
                  • Team Retention and Growth: High retention and development rate within the technology team, indicating effective leadership and employee satisfaction.
                    This role is highly strategic, focusing on using technology as a competitive advantage to drive business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

                    Requirements
                    Required Skills and Qualifications
                    • Education: Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a masterdegree or MBA is often preferred.
                    • Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, ideally within IT services, consulting, or a related sector.
                    • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and modern infrastructure solutions.
                    • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading diverse technical teams, with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision.
                    • Business Acumen: Ability to balance technical goals with business priorities, understanding the financial and operational impact of technology decisions.
                    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
