About the role:

Role: Solution Architect (O9/BY/Kinaxis/SAP IBP)

Desired Experience Level: 9+ years

Location: Bangalore, Chennai Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Ensure the solution design and execution meet business objectives of customers and end users.

Ensure functional correctness and business application of enhancements during development planning and execution

phases.

Participate in defective triage meetings and assist in troubleshooting complex customer issues and scenarios.

Interface with team to understand data requirements and address data quality related queries. (Preferred O9)

Knowledge on configuration of the platform based on the design blueprint to solve deep operations/supply chain

problems. (Preferred O9)

Provide SME expertise to the Data Engineers and Data analysts to provide coverage of O9 planning data requirements

and planning module functional awareness (Preferred O9)

Review data feed related requirements (created by the Data analysts) and test cases (created by the QE team)

(Preferred O9)

Required Skills, Competencies Experience:

Experience in O9 or similar solutions as a product owner, functional client service lead or solution architect/ consultant

Experience with implementing and managing integrated planning platforms (e.g. Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)

Deep knowledge on core supply chain planning process and integrated modules - Demand Planning, Supply Planning,

Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization , Distribution planning etc.

Proven experience in leading functional and technical aspects of product development and delivery.

Ability to correlate plan-level infeasibility criteria with business scenarios by mapping and coupling data

Familiarity in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL is required

Excellent customer focus with the ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

O9 author certification or contributor certification is a plus (good to have)
