About the role:

The Delivery Excellence (DX) team at Tiger is an internal function focused on strategic initiatives to build world-class, scalable delivery processes. The team collaborates closely with the delivery Leadership and relevant functional teams to design, implement, and govern delivery excellence processes. DX plays an important role in driving process innovation and change management within the organization.

More specifically, you will:

Work along with the DX Manager to understand delivery process gaps, define problem statement, and articulate a deployment plan
Own the on-the-ground execution and governance of delivery excellence initiatives
Track progress of the initiative, with objective parameters
Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to ensure smooth adoption and impact

Required Skills, Competencies Experience:

Appreciation of Program Management and Project Management principles preferably in IT services, IT product, or analytics Org.; any PM certification is a plus
3-6 years in internal strategy, office of CXO, delivery excellence or process/program management organizations
Preferred candidate with BE/B.Tech + MBA background
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and timeliness are critical to this role
Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems
