Zetwerk - Senior Manager - Corporate Development (6-12 yrs)

Overview:

ZETWERK, the world's largest contract manufacturing marketplace, is looking for a talented professional to join our high performing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives, evaluate potential acquisitions, and drive seamless integrations to support ZETWERK's growth ambitions. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, and fostering partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Initial Evaluation of M&A Targets:

- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities through a funneling approach.

- Conduct desktop research and competitive analysis to establish acquisition benefits from the selected target/s.

- Collaborate with respective functions to assess strategic fit and benefits to the business from the potential acquisition.

- Initiate approach to the shortlisted targets to ascertain availability, willingness and valuation expectations.

- Preparing pitch decks to facilitate internal decision-making process.

Execution of M&A Transactions:

- Lead the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.

- Develop and manage financial models and valuation analysis.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

- Prepare and present detailed transaction reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Corporate Development Initiatives:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments and acquisitions.

- Support the integration of acquired businesses and assets into the company's operations.

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

What We're Looking For:

- 6-12 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, Investment banking, Private equity, or a similar field.

- An MBA + CA/CFA/Engineering background is ideal; however, this will be flexible for the candidate with right skill set

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
