Zettamine - SAP Finance Control Consultant - E2E Implementation (6-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO S/4 HANA Consultant to take the lead on implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

This role will involve managing end-to-end SAP FICO projects, conducting system configurations, leading user training, and ensuring the smooth integration of SAP FICO with other modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee SAP FICO implementation and migration projects on SAP S/4 HANA.

- Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to ensure on-time and successful project delivery.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (General Ledger - GL, Accounts Payable - AP, Accounts Receivable - AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO), etc.) to meet client business needs.

- Perform detailed configurations of financial master data, posting periods, cost centers, internal orders, and other core financial structures.

- Lead the system testing phase including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the proper functionality of the SAP FICO solution.

- Support the troubleshooting of issues identified during testing.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective usage of SAP FICO modules.

- Provide post-go-live support to users, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.

- Work closely with other SAP functional teams, especially SAP MM (Material Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning), to ensure smooth integration and data consistency across systems.

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues during the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules or third-party applications.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization within financial and controlling functions.

- Perform system optimization, including analyzing transaction codes, reporting performance, and data structures.

- Prepare clear and detailed business process documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.

- Maintain documentation for all configuration settings, custom reports, and interfaces.

- Stay updated with new SAP FICO features in S/4 HANA and related technologies.

- Advise clients on best practices in financial management, budgeting, and controlling processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including S/4 HANA implementations and migrations.

- Strong expertise in core SAP FICO modules, such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).

- Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Solid understanding of financial business processes, including closing activities, financial reporting, and management reporting.

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migration, data migration, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.

- Expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical issue resolution.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
