Job Description

The Business Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities The role involves promoting sustainable building materials, expanding market share, and contributing to the overall profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and real estate developers.
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  4. Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain a database of key clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Marketing and Promotion

  1. Promote AAC blocks as an eco-friendly and cost-effective construction solution.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product demonstrations, trade shows, and seminars.
  3. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on product benefits.

Operations Coordination

  1. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid supply shortages.

Reporting and Analysis

  1. Prepare regular sales reports, including market analysis and customer feedback.
  2. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and report to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction materials industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
    • Knowledge of the construction industry and AAC blocks is an advantage.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
    • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Number of new clients acquired.
  3. Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  4. Market share growth in the assigned territory.

Work Environment

  • This role may involve travel to client sites, construction projects, and trade shows.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics.
