Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic GenAI & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for someone passionate about leveraging new technology and growth marketing strategies to drive impactful results.
Your expertise will support ZeroNorth s mission to accelerate decarbonisation in global trade while driving pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and lead nurturing.

- Utilise Generative AI to create innovative marketing content, campaigns, and automation workflows.

- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns to maximise ROI and lead acquisition.

- Oversee website content and performance using CMS platforms, primarily WordPress.

- Design compelling visuals and marketing assets using tools like Canva.

- Utilise Salesforces reporting tools to provide insights into lead and opportunity progression, campaign performance, attributing marketing activities to sales outcomes.

- Help create and maintain dashboards in Salesforce.

- Analyse campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously optimise strategies for growth.

Your profile:

- Strong background in growth marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

- Proficient in using Generative AI for content creation, automation, and campaign personalisation.

- Experience with paid media management, including PPC, social ads, and retargeting.

- Skilled in CMS platforms, especially WordPress.

- Competent in graphic design tools, preferably Canva.

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

- Skilled in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent project management abilities
