Job Description
Growth Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This role is designed for someone with a deep understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimisation.
Your expertise will support ZeroNorth s mission to accelerate decarbonisation in global trade while driving pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and lead acquisition.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) to maximise ROI.
- Optimise conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and funnel analysis.
- Oversee website content and performance using CMS platforms, primarily WordPress.
- Design compelling visuals and marketing assets using tools like Canva.
- Utilise Salesforces reporting tools to provide insights into lead and opportunity progression, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance, derive insights, and continuously optimise strategies for growth.
Your profile:
- Strong background in growth marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Expertise in paid media management, including PPC, social ads, and retargeting.
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation and lead generation strategies.
- Skilled in CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
- Competent in graphic design tools, preferably Canva.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Skilled in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent project management abilities.
