About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple dark stores in Chennai. In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure optimal inventory control, and drive performance improvements to maintain high operational standards across all stores. If you have hands-on experience in warehouse management and inventory control within the FMCG or quick-commerce sectors, this is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the growth of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of 6-7 dark stores, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Manage inbound operations, ensuring timely receiving and putaway processes.

Maintain strong inventory control and ensure cycle count adherence.

Lead efforts to reduce damage, expiry, and quality issues across stores.

Implement strategies for shrinkage reduction and loss prevention via regular inventory reconciliation.

Ensure bin/inventory accuracy and resolve pending putaway issues within 6 hours.

Drive performance in cost per order (CPO) optimization.

Generate and manage MIS reports, analyzing operational data and implementing corrective actions where needed.

Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational targets and growth objectives are met.
