Job Description
- Develop and execute the assessment framework and methodology for clients Data Cloud implementation.
- Identify and document use cases with a focus on account prioritization and cross-sell/up-sell .
- Define required inputs, effort, and estimated time from the Rubrik team during the assessment phase.
- Conduct data discovery and gap analysis , evaluating data sources, security policies, and integration points.
- Provide recommendations on data governance, security best practices, and compliance .
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to align data cloud strategy with Rubrik s objectives .
- Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
- Design and implement the Data Cloud architecture based on assessment findings.
- Define data migration strategy, integration patterns, and security models .
- Drive the implementation of data pipelines, analytics, and automation for Rubrik s cloud data solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of cloud data services.
- Establish monitoring and hypercare support mechanisms to ensure post-deployment stability.
- Provide technical leadership to the Zensar team during the build and support phases.
- Optimize cloud data infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency .
- 10+ years of experience in cloud data architecture, with a focus on Data Cloud or similar solutions .
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data services like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery .
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) .
- Hands-on experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, APIs, and automation .
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Terraform, or other scripting/automation tools .
- Experience with data lake, data warehouse, and real-time analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and serverless computing .
- Prior experience in account prioritization, cross-sell/up-sell analytics, or data-driven decision-making .
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive enterprise-scale cloud implementations .
- Professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Data Engineer, or Azure Data Architect are a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset .
- Prior experience with cloud assessment methodologies is a plus.
