As a Dynamics CRM Lead Designer/Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and driving the success of our organization's Dynamics CRM implementation. You will be responsible for leading the design team, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and ensuring that the CRM system aligns with our business objectives. Also, this role comes with expectation of being hands-on, lead development track as part of a team of Offshore developers.

A demonstrable track record of getting things done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality of deliverables (including design and development)

 Key Responsibilities 

Design Leadership:

Minimum 10 years of proven MS Dynamics Online/365 Solution design experience (functional/technical).

Work closely with developers and Solution architects to produce most viable technical design and implement design specifications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Consulting experience to brainstorm and challenge requirements with business stakeholders/ Functional consultants to come up with most logical and effective design that meets project expectations.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.

Ensure adherence to best practices in technical, solution, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.

Oversee the design and development team and provide mentorship and guidance.

Development Leadership:

System Performance and Stability:Take charge of maintaining and optimizing the technical health and stability of the D365 system.

Feature Development:Lead the technical implementation of new functionalities, including PCF control changes and C# code development, to expand platform capabilities.

Customization Optimization:Streamline and simplify existing customizations while adhering to Microsoft's development standards to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Issue Resolution and Support:Provide expert-level support for application development, diagnosing and resolving system issues to improve stability and user experience.

Integration Management:Build, extend, oversee, and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems to facilitate seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

 Required Skills and Qualifications 

Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Lead Designer or a similar role.

Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

Knowledge of Dynamics CRM configuration and customization.

Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows, custom apis, pcf controls, typescript, and custom actions.

Experience in use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data flows, Data Migration and Data fixes.

String knowledge and understanding of automating CRM Deployments using ADO pipelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with agile development methodologies.

 Desired Skills 

Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.

Power platform technologies (Power BI, Canvas app and Power automate)
