ESaaS - MSD -Technical- D365 ERP Architect/Expert

Key Responsibilities:


 Solution Architecture & Design: 


Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and external platforms including Azure services, EDI systems, 3PL providers, banking platforms, Power Apps, and AP automation tools.


Define integration patterns, architecture standards, and best practices for the organization to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data flow across systems.


Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical guidance for optimized solutions.


Create high-level architecture diagrams, technical designs, and detailed specifications for integration points.


 Integration Development & Implementation: 


Develop custom integration solutions using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Power Automate, and other appropriate tools.


Implement EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions for seamless transaction processing with partners, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) systems.


Integrate banking platforms for automated transaction processing and reconciliation.


Design and implement Power Apps integrations for custom business applications and workflows that interact with Dynamics 365 data.





 Integration Management: 


Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, including managing timelines, resources, and ensuring successful deployment.


Establish and maintain APIs, data connectors, and middleware to enable smooth integration between Dynamics 365 and external systems.


Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any integration-related issues to ensure the stability of data flows between systems.


Optimize performance, security, and data governance in all integration solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.


 Collaboration & Support: 



Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners to ensure integration goals are met.


Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements to existing integrations.


Train and mentor junior team members on integration best practices and technologies.





 Continuous Improvement: 


Stay updated on emerging integration technologies, especially within the Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 ecosystems, and recommend new tools or processes that enhance business efficiency.


Continuously improve existing integration solutions and processes to meet changing business needs and technological advancements.


 Qualifications: 


Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.


 Experience: 


7+ years of experience in software integration with at least 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration projects.


Proven experience integrating Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management) with enterprise applications.


Hands-on experience with EDI standards and protocols (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and integrating with third-party logistics (3PL) systems.


Strong experience integrating banking systems for payment processing, transaction management, and reconciliation.


Experience developing Power Apps applications and integrating them with Dynamics 365 and other systems.


Experience with AP Automation solutions is a strong plus.


 Technical Skills: 


Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, APIs, and integration points.


Expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Data Factory).


Familiarity with EDI protocols and middleware solutions.



Proficiency in working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.


Knowledge of security standards such as OAuth2, SAML, and data encryption techniques.


Understanding of SQL and database management for integration purposes.
