Job Summary:

The Front Office Manager will oversee all front desk operations ensuring a seamless and premium guest experience. This role involves managing front office staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining exceptional service standards in a unique and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations.
2. Ensure smooth guest interactions, promptly resolving complaints and handling special requests.
3. Train, and manage front desk staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
4. Coordinate with housekeeping to manage room inventory and readiness.
5. Implement efficient processes for reservations, billing, and cash handling.
6. Serve as the liaison between guests and other departments within the luxury camps.
7. Monitor guest satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement service improvements.
8. Oversee the use of property management systems for smooth operations.
9. Prepare reports on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and front office performance.
10. Adapt operations to meet the unique challenges of a temporary luxury setup.
