Front Office Manager

• Handling Front office Operations; - OPD Process, Admission Process & Emergency Process.
• OPD to IPD conversion, OPD to Lab, OPD to Radiology and OPD to Pharmacy.
• Preparing the MIS reports required & Closures of Financial audit compliances
• Responsible for the manpower selection, training & development and proper functioning of Front Office Department.
• Addressing customer complaints, recommending measures for improvement, identifying areas requiring different courses of action & delivering high standards of assigned work.
• Timely closures of customer complaints.
• Conversion of sales by following the sale leads routing via EMR, telephone, SMS, social media, internal customers, marketing, assigning responsibilities, allocating resources, and coordinating activities to meet objectives efficiently.
• Handling administrative responsibility of manpower allocations. Maintaining relationships with internal & external customers by focusing on critical issues.
• Managing credit billing, dispatch, referral checking (TPA, Panel & corporates) N.A.B.H. Quality coordination and closures of departmental compliances.
