Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Human Resources - Manufacturing Domain (10-22 yrs)

AGM/DGM - Human Resources for a Large Indian MNC ! Mumbai

Our client is a very large Indian MNC and they are growing rapidly. They have structured their businesses in various Business Units. They are looking to hire a couple of smart HR professionals to lead 2 of their BUs. Designation would be AGM / DGM HR.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Leading HR for the BU independently

- Report to the Business Unit head and act as an HR exclusively for the BU

- Responsible for all areas of HR - Hire to Retire

- Talent Acquisition, On Boarding, Performance Appraisal, L&D, Grievances, Retention, Exits etc

- Responsible for HR Operations as well

- Will align with corporate policies, processes, technology etc

- Will report to CHRO and Leadership on all aspects of BU HR regularly

The need:

- MBA / PG in HR

- 10 - 22 years of experience in HR

- Must have managed HR in a large setup - preferably led a BU independently

- Must have experience in all areas of HR including Performance Management, Employee Growth, hiring, retention, training, right up to exit

- Must have good experience in reporting of all HR parameters to senior management

- Good with numbers, analysis and presentations

- An experience in a Manufacturing domain will be a big plus

- Must be open to relocate to Mumbai (WFO)
