Head - Taxation - Financial Services Firm - CA (10-20 yrs)

Our client is a large and established organization in the domain of Financial Services having interests in Funding, Investing, Startups & Real Estate (amongst others). They are looking to hire a young smart Taxation Head for their India Operations.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Tax Strategy & Minimising Risks

- Tax Compliance & Management

- Lead GST/Indirect and Direct Taxation for the organization

- Manage responses to tax notices, handle assessments and appeals

- Advising and Managing Tax Planning and Restructuring

- Tax Audits

- Team Management

To qualify for this position you should have:

- Qualified CA

- 10+ years of experience

- 2+ years of Heading Taxation For a Mid to Large Organization

- Great Experience in Managing Direct and Indirect Taxation

- In depth understanding of Indian Tax Laws

- Good at Tax Strategy and Advisory

- Great at Analytics and Reporting

- Minimizing and Handling of Adverse assessments, notices and Litigations

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
