Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Human Resources - Energy Projects (12-22 yrs)

We are looking for a smart and dynamic DGM/GM Human Resources for our client. Our client is a large Indian MNC into Renewable Energy. This opportunity is to head HR for their Projects / EPC Business. This business is growing very rapidly and they are therefore looking for someone with experience in the EPC/Projects/Energy domain. This is located at their HO in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Heading HR for the Energy EPC Business independently

- Report to the Business Unit head and act as an HR exclusively for the BU

- Responsible for all areas of HR - Hire to Retire

- Responsible for all Project Site compliances -

- Talent Acquisition, On Boarding, Performance Appraisal, L&D, Grievances, Retention, Exits etc

- Responsible for HR Operations & Admin as well

- Will align with corporate policies, processes, technology etc

- Will report to Group CHRO and Leadership on all aspects of HR regularly

The need:

- MBA / PG in HR

- 12 - 24 years of experience in HR

- MUST HAVE experience in an EPC / Infrastructure / Power / Energy organization -

- Must have managed HR in a large setup - preferably led a BU independently

- Must have experience in all areas of HR including Performance Management, Employee Growth, hiring, retention, training, right up to exit

- Must have good experience in reporting of all HR parameters to senior management

- Good with numbers, analysis and presentations

- Must be open to relocate to Mumbai
