Inside Sales Representative - India & Middle East Pune, India HQ Experience: 3 yrs Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to drive sales efforts for our India and Middle East markets. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of high-quality commercial proposals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a good understanding of CRM/ERP/AI technologies, including Microsoft D365 products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
- Identify and engage potential leads through market research, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored product recommendations to clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
3. Commercial Proposals:
- Prepare and present customized commercial proposals that address client needs.
- Ensure proposals are competitive, accurate, and professionally crafted.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and responses to client inquiries.
4. Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regional market dynamics.
- Share market feedback with the sales and product teams to refine offerings and strategies.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 products or strong understanding of CRM/ERP/AI technologies.
  • Selling experience of Microsoft D365 products or similar.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Competencies:
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances in the India and Middle East markets.

Quality Control (QC):
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy and relevance of data and research outcomes.
  • Establish and enforce quality benchmarks and guidelines for the team.
Team Management & Work Allocation:
  • Manage and mentor a team of researchers, ensuring productivity and skill development.
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Data Consolidation & Processing:
  • Aggregate, process, and analyze secondary research data to create meaningful insights.
  • Review and refine data to meet client-specific requirements.
Delivery Management:
  • Plan, prepare, and oversee the timely delivery of research and enriched account data.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and predefined standards.
Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide regular updates on progress.
Billing & Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports for billing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing based on delivered data.
Delivery Estimation:
  • Estimate timelines for deliverables and align them with client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirement Gathering & Translation:
  • Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand and document their requirements.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the research team.
Vendor & Consultant Management:
  • Coordinate with external data consultants or vendors to acquire supplemental data.
  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with project requirements and budgets.
