Job Description
Project Manager for
- Project Manager for Pune Office
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes managing scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality. The role requires coordinating internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Must have Experience in handling Builder AI projects
Key Responsibilities - Project Leadership: Lead and manage technical/operational aspects of projects, ensuring clear scope and schedules.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, develop detailed project plans, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and conduct lessons learned for future improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong client and team relationships, providing regular status updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement tracking for logged hours, optimize productivity, and minimize idle time using tools.
- Collaboration: Foster team collaboration through pair programming, peer reviews, and code-sharing sessions.
- Performance Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on project progress, logged hours, and resource allocation.
- Training & Documentation: Ensure the team is well-trained and project documentation is thorough.

- Logged Hours: Target of 120 hours/month per developer
