Senior Production Engineer(electronics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete production process for electronic products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and cost constraints.
• Supervise and manage a production team of 50-100 employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, optimal performance, and effective resource utilization.
• Implement and optimize production processes to increase productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, quality assurance, etc.) to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and are produced according to specifications.
• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production defects or delays and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and update production documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production environment.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior engineers and production staff to ensure a high level of expertise and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Qualification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the production and assembly of electronic products, with a strong focus on speakers, headphones, and TWS devices.
• Proven experience in handling and leading a production team of 50-100 employees in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and industry standards for electronics assembly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and resolve production challenges.
