Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Design and execute strategies to attract top talent across all functions.
- Build programs to enhance employee engagement, reduce turnover, and improve retention.
A supportive and inclusive work environment.
Organizational Development:
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts.
- Drive initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experience.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance management systems to ensure accountability and growth.
- Foster a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
Learning & Development:
- Create and implement learning and development programs that align with organizational needs.
Promote leadership development at all levels of the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Establish metrics and goals to measure progress in DEI efforts.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop policies and practices that mitigate HR risks.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve excellence in execution and innovation.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented approach across the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 6-9 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling HR functions in a growing organization.
- Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
