Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the AgriTech industry.
Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across technology, GIS, operations, and sales teams.
Build a strong employer brand by engaging with candidates on LinkedIn and job portals.
Conduct screening, interviews, and offer negotiations while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance feedback sessions, and HR policies training.
Create a positive workplace culture by implementing team-building activities.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in India.
Handle grievance management and conflict resolution within teams.
Performance Management & Training
Implement a structured performance appraisal system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2-4 years in HR roles, preferably in startups or tech companies.
