We are an innovative organization seeking a skilled HR Tech Manager to drive our tech recruitment and HR strategies. This role is key in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive culture, and supporting our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Manage the complete tech recruitment cycle, sourcing and hiring senior and junior tech professionals to meet team goals. Collaborate with HR team to ensure efficient, quality hires that fit organizational needs.

- Campus Hiring: Lead campus recruitment initiatives to attract top emerging talent. Build relationships with colleges and universities and coordinate events to enhance our campus presence.

- Policy Development & Implementation: Design and implement HR policies that support a compliant, growth-focused workplace. Ensure policies align with industry best practices and foster a positive work environment.

- Enforcing Workplace Discipline: Establish and maintain standards for discipline, addressing issues fairly and professionally to uphold a respectful, productive workplace.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR team, providing mentorship, support, and guidance. Encourage a collaborative, solution-focused culture that drives team and organizational success.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6-9 years in HR, with a focus on tech recruitment, policy development, and team leadership.

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; a Masters degree is preferred.

- Strong experience in managing tech recruitment across all levels, including successful campus hiring programs.

- Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
