Associate - HR Operations

Your role as an Associate - HR Operations will be far from one-dimensional. Youll be involved in streamlining Employee Engagement programmes, organising training and development sessions, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you ll also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

• 0 -2 yrs of relevant experience
• Experience in organising corporate events or any employee engagement programmes would be a plus
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience handling sensitive employee experiences with discretion and confidentiality
• Passionate about working in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
• A quick learner and full of curiosity
• Excellent communication and people skills
