Customs Clearance - Assistant / Deputy Manager

One should have 8 plus years of work experience in CHB.

• One has to drive and support the CHB team and manage the end-to-end shipment process together with our cross functional teams and global team.

• Support Pan India CHB team for their business growing Prospect by Joining them for meeting and promote CHB sales and joint sales call with the sales team for more business opportunity.
• G card / F card is Mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Heading Customs Clearance Division for India.
• Must have compliance and technical expertise of Customs clearance laws and regulations
• Seek new business opportunity with the existing customers.
• Communicate desirable clients to the sales team and follow up on the same
• Understand and Know the local market and guide the sales team accordingly
• Being POA in the mother licence monitor customs compliance and supporting PAN India for inclusion of branch POA : F Card / G card / H card and monitor the Directors name inclusion and deletion process at Mumbai customs as per customs regulation periodically."
• Monitor and supporting to the product on PAN India basis of the CHB department and Visiting Branch offices frequently Conduct surprise Audit in the department especially in terms of system data integrity and maintaining daily/ Monthly reports from PAN India basis to analyse the data periodically with Compliance"
• Ensure Team is compliant as per the company requirement, Implement smooth process and monitor regularly and maintain customs compliance on PAN India basis with other allied subjects.
