Custom Clearance - Assistant Manager ( Import)

Job Description:

• Prepare and process import documentation according to customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
• Ensure the timely and accurate filing of customs entries.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure clearance is obtained promptly.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate the clearance process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the status of their shipments
• Address any issues or delays in the customs clearance process.
• Provide solutions and alternatives to mitigate risks and avoid delays.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance.
