Role: Healthcare Recruiter

Experience Required: 2-4 years in US staffing

Location: Capital Park Rd, Silicon Valley, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081

Key Responsibilities:

• Trio-VMS-AHSA Expertise: Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions using Trio VMS and AHSA platforms.
• Specialized Recruitment: Source and place candidates in specialized roles such as:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Med Surg, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), IV Therapy, Telemetry, etc.
• Sonographer with a focus on Cardiac care.
• Other specialized healthcare positions as needed.
• Professional Resume Screening: Evaluate candidate resumes to ensure they meet the required format and professional standards.

• Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail in screening resumes and handling recruitment processes.
