Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Client.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
• Must pay attention to maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Should have worked for reputable firms focusing on direct client model.
• Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of a proven track record in a Healthcare / Medical Staffing Agency.
• Strong communicator.
• Good understanding of Healthcare/IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology and US staffing industry.
• Good Understanding of visa status like H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC, etc
• Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp Corp).
• The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with two years of relevant experience.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
