Job Description:
Role Summary:
- Report directly to the Program Manager and Promoter.
- Drive recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and expansion plans.
- Play a key role in building the team and supporting workforce planning as the company scales operations in the EMS industry.
Key Activities & Role Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to fill technical and non-technical roles efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth integration of new hires with role-specific training and orientation.
- Workforce Planning: Track hiring metrics and anticipate staffing needs to support business growth.
Skills, Abilities & Know-how:
- Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and techniques.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to work directly with leadership and external vendors.
- Process-Oriented: Ability to design and refine recruitment processes to scale with business growth.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple open positions and adjusting strategies in a fast-paced environment.
