Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Promoter directly; utilize deep industry experience and know-how to rapidly launch and scale TGx business
- Responsible for development & execution of operational workplan; provide regular and timely status reports to internal management team
- Formulate business strategy and drive execution; play an active role in onboarding critical global & regional partnerships
Experience :
- 5+ yrs of experience in senior managerial position in Pharma/Healthcare business/3-4yrs of experience in management consulting
- Relevant roles : Project Manager, Project Lead, Senior Manager
- Degree Requirements : BTech/ BE or MBA
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams & driving business growth
Role & Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Program Management:
- Work closely with promoter to build Pharma business from scratch. Work in startup mode by managing a small team to drive results
- Conduct regular check ins and track project progress through KPIs; define clear goals to drive accountability
- Closely track implementation and ensure timely achievement of milestones
Enable Strategy & Growth Initiatives:
- Support in developing GTM plan:-
- Define launch territories - Determine field force deployment, incentives, allowances, beat plan & territory mapping
- Define Channel engagement practices
- Support field force recruitment & training drive-Refine execution plan basis learnings from pilots, scaleup across markets
- Drive open communication between teams to ensure zero delays Operational Support
- Monitoring timely delivery of portfolio from CDMOs
- Coordinate infra & logistics set-up
Additional Information
- Develop and execute strategies to scale the TGx Pharma business, including partnerships and operational plans.
- Build the business from scratch with the promoter, manage a small team, and ensure timely milestone achievement.
- Drive growth through GTM planning, field force recruitment, and efficient operational support.
