Requirement

Looking for PHP Team Lead having 6-8 years of experience working extensively in PHP, Codeigniter along with MYSQL database development across web based software development projects.

• Must have Coding Experience of 6-8 years in end to end PHP Code development on Core PHP, MVC (Codeigniter), OOPS, MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery technologies throughout the career.
• Must have strong Hands on experience in writing complex MySQL Queries.
• Should have good experience with GIT, SVN, Bitbucket and other Version Control, Build Management and Cloud tools. Having experience to AWS or GCP cloud environments or cpanel based deployments will be a plus.
• Experience with content management systems such as Wordpress/Magento/Joomla etc.
• Experience with XML, Web Service, Rest API, Apache, Nginx, Ubuntu operating systems.
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.) Experience with optimization techniques, cross-browser/platform issues and Memcache, Redis Cache.
• Deep understanding of open source software products/platform with good understanding of OOPS, MVC and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, leadership, inter-personal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills along with ability to write complex business logics as per Industry Best Practices.
• Having experience of ecommerce domain, designing, Moodle OR Magento frameworks will be a plus and given preference.
• Must have strong documentation and verbal communication skills and excellent aptitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop PHP Based Web applications as well as take care of maintenance, enhancements and fixes for existing applications.
• Contribute to back-end web application with clean, portable & well documented code.
• Work closely with a team to ensure successful front end.
• Taking static HTML/CSS front-end code and integrating with custom PHP website and web app.
• On time delivery of the projects.
• Able to work in a team as well as individually.
• Coordinate with internal or external teams within the company to discuss and resolve issues related to pending clarifications during the duration of tasks.
• Work in sprints as per agile development methodology and mentor the junior team members.
• Perform code reviews to ensure that developers adhere to coding standard and best practices.
• Work with web designers, business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements and design the system accordingly.
• Provide technical support for the database related production issues resulting from new deployments.

Eligibility:

• A Bachelor's degree preferably a BE/BTech-CSE or MCA or equivalent with through-out first division and 6-8 years of strong hands on experience on PHP + Codeigniter + MySQL.
• Must have excellent analytical skills, presentations skills and communication skills.
• Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work background.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
