Job Description
- Responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like - Upwork.
- Carefully reviewing the project description and requirements to ensure that Yiron has the necessary skills and experience to complete the work.
- Analyze project requirements, scope, and objectives to determine feasibility and alignment with the companys capabilities.
- Collaborate with the technical team and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information for creating compelling proposals.
- Developing a proposal that outlines Yiron approach to the project and how we can add value to the client.
- Submit bid and proposal to the client for consideration.
- Build a strong reputation on the platform to attract more clients and higher-paying projects.
- Responding to any questions or concerns the client on the bid.
- Negotiating the terms of the project with the client, if required.
- Client Interaction and doing closure.
- As a Bidder, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects and clients through the Upwork platform.
- This is a Hybrid position that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Your primary goal will be to win bids and secure long-term business opportunities for the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Having at least 7 years of experience on generating business from online Bidding Portals like - Upwork.
- Must have Excellent Oral and Written communication Skills.
- Must have a clear understanding of our services, and the ability to offer value to clients.
- Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up and Requirement Gathering.
- Candidate with IT Background and familiar with technologies is an added advantage.
- Generate new leads and contribute to revenue generation.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must be Innovative, knowledgeable and creative.
