Job Description
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on products and processes, documenting findings and recommendingcorrective actions when necessary.
- Support adherence to quality management systems and industry standards, including GMP, HACCP, and ISO certifications
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and work with the team to implement solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends or recurring issues.
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Help develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues.
- Spend time standing or walking during inspections, tests, and while monitoring production processes.
- Occasionally lift and carry samples or equipment weighing 5-10kgs.
- Work Mode: In Bakery Plant
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM , 11:00 AM 8.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
- Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Thursday fixed off)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Any relevant certifications in food safety or quality management are a plus.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the food processing or FMCG sector. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
