Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting functions, including sales and purchase entries, managing travel and daily allowance claims, processing cash inflows and outflows, and assisting with tax-related matters. The candidate should also be proficient in Tally software and able to generate and review stock reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales/Purchase Entries:
   
• Accurately record and update sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
• Maintain proper documentation for all entries.
2. TADA (Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance) Claims:
   
• Process, cross-check, and enter TADA claims in Tally, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with employees for the timely submission of claims.
3. Cash Management:
   
• Manage cash inflows and outflows, maintaining accurate cash book entries.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
4. GST & TDS Compliance:
   
• Ensure proper application of GST and TDS regulations.
• Assist in filing GST returns and ensuring TDS deductions are correctly made and recorded.
5. Stock Management:
   
• Generate and review stock reports in Tally to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (or newer versions) and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in handling TADA claims and cash management.
• Familiarity with stock management and reporting in Tally.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
