Job Description

Job Title: QA Manager/ Test Manager Department: Delivery Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA Manager/ Test Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in [briefly describe the teams objectives, e.g., "delivering innovative technology solutions for our customers," "enhancing operational efficiency," etc. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including:

Core Banking Systems:
- Flexcube Upgrades: Hands-on experience with Flexcube upgrades, including testing, data migration, and implementation.
- IRIS: Strong understanding of IRIS programming language and its application within the Flexcube environment.
Digital Banking:
- Bank Dashboard: Development and maintenance of bank dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence.
- C-KYC/V-KYC: Expertise in Customer Know Your Customer (C-KYC) and Video-based KYC processes and related technologies.
- Precision-Biometric Authentication: Experience with biometric authentication solutions (e.g., fingerprint, facial recognition) and their integration with banking systems.
- Corporate Internet Banking: Development and support of corporate internet banking platforms, including features like fund transfers, bill payments, and trade finance.
- SMS/Missed Call Banking: Implementation and support of SMS and missed call banking services for customer convenience.
Regulatory Compliance:
- AML: Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and their implementation within banking systems.
- UCIC/CCIL: Understanding of regulations and guidelines issued by the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Council of India (UCIC) and Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL).
- RBI Reporting: Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory reports to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Other Technologies:
- Rubix: Familiarity with the Rubix platform (if applicable).
- SWIFT: Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards and their application in international banking.
Operational Excellence:
- Treasury Operations: Understanding of treasury operations, including foreign exchange, derivatives, and liquidity management.
- Treasury Applications: Experience with treasury applications and their integration with core banking systems.
- Audit Management: Assisting with internal and external audits related to IT systems and processes.
- Credit Risk Management System: Knowledge of credit risk management systems and their role in assessing and mitigating credit risk.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholed managment
Design, develop, and test new software applications and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
